Radio Cuba Canta broadcasts monthly on KPFA-FM during Con Sabor, a weekly program featuring the best in Salsa, Latin Jazz and Afro-Caribbean music hosted by executive producer Luis Medina.

Tonight’s program includes:

• Vanessa Bohm speaks with a local Bay Area community organizer about the fight to get FREE Muni services for youth in San Francisco. Listeners can get information and learn how to lend support!
• Jacob Simas and David Castillo bring us an interview about the rich history and legacy of Musica Tejana.
• Julieta Kusnir checks in with local musician Hector Lugo about his band LA MIXTA CRIOLLA, as well as noticias de Puerto Rico.
• KPFA’s own Luis Media speaks with Simón Mejía from Bomba Estero at South by Southwest.
